01. 14-Day Free Demo Terms

• Zero Financial Risk: We build and host a live preview of your business website draft within 48 to 72 hours. You test it for 14 full days with zero credit card required and zero payment obligation.
• Demo Domain & Link: The 14-Day Demo is delivered via a temporary preview link. If you decide not to choose a plan after 14 days, the demo link is deactivated with no charges owed.

02. Plans, Subscriptions & Domain Policies

• Monthly Subscriptions: Includes high-speed hosting, SSL certificate, 24/7 security monitoring, automated backups, and monthly content/design updates (1 to 5 updates/mo depending on plan tier).
• Custom Domain: After the 14-Day Demo preview, clients connect their existing custom domain or purchase a domain (`.com` / `.in`) upon plan activation. We provide full setup support.
• Setup Fees & Lock-in: Setup fee is ₹0 ($0) across all standard plans. Subscriptions operate on a flexible month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts.

03. One-Time Builds & Source Code Ownership

• Permanent Handover: For One-Time Payment projects, complete source code, design assets, and deployment configuration are 100% transferred to the client upon receipt of final payment.
• Post-Launch Maintenance: One-Time plans include 30 days of post-launch support. Optional ongoing maintenance packs (₹499/mo or $15/mo) are available thereafter.

04. Content & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing business logos, text copy, images, or specific brand materials required for their website. Clients warrant that they hold legal rights to all assets provided to Nexora Labs.

05. Revisions & Scope Amendments

Each plan includes a defined scope (3, 7, or 12 pages). Design tweaks and revisions within the project scope are completed promptly. Any additional custom pages or complex custom software features requested outside the initial scope will be quoted separately before execution.

06. Limitation of Liability

Nexora Labs maintains high-grade cloud server infrastructure with a 99.9% uptime target. We are not liable for third-party domain registrar outages, client-initiated DNS modifications, or unforeseen third-party API service interruptions beyond our control.
